Farewell to Ken Evans
We announce with grief the untimely death of Dr Kenneth Evans, founder of the European Centre for Psychotherapeutic Studies. Ken died suddenly and unexpectedly at his home at La Volee in the early hours of the morning of Wednesday 15th July, 2015. Following the funeral held in the Church of Saint-Matthieu, Ger, Ken’s body was cremated at the Crematorium des Estuaires, Villedieu-les-Poêles, on Monday 20th July 2015.
Service in Burton Joyce, Nottingham
There will be a big church service at St Helens Church , Burton Joyce, Nottingham, UK on Friday 31st July, at 2pm (UK Time), which we hope will provide an opportunity for as many people as possible to pay tribute to Ken, to celebrate his life and achievements and say goodbye. The service will be led by Revd. Lucyann Ashdown, trusted and like-minded friend and colleague of Ken’s.

We would really welcome people to represent the countries in which Ken worked, in Nottingham, to truly show how widely loved and valued he was. Thank you.
Ken Evans Memorial Fund
We are setting up a Ken Evans Memorial Fund. This will be used for projects, supporting human rights and responsibilities towards each other, towards non human species and our fragile planet.
Ken believed passionately in the importance of Eco ethics and was working towards a European Association for the Development of Relational Interspecies Psychotherapy.
